PKR player wins Porsche in promotion

DUBLIN, Ireland -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Carsten 'Levica' Ørum from Denmark won a 2010 Porsche Cayman as part of the 'Win A Porsche' promotional draw on next generation poker site PKR.com. The 45-year-old Ørum earned 25 entries to the draw and with his win, gained a new life in the fast lane with a car he could previously only dream about.

A member of PKR's Team Pro, Sofia 'welllbet Lövgren, drew a six of spades from a deck of cards to select Ørum as winner from a possible 322,887 qualifying entries. The draw was made In front of an independent adjudicator from renowned solicitors Mishcon de Reya.

Being a police lieutenant by day and a car salesman in his spare time, Ørum knows a thing or two about cars. He will now be able to switch from the blue lights he has been accustomed to in the day, to the distinctive charm and speed of the Porsche by night.

Ørum has customized his Porsche with a few added extras, including a personalized number plate. Ørum commented, "The car is ballistic! I've just spent 6 days driving the car around Germany. I sell nice cars as a hobby, but I never imagined I'd own one myself."
