Mr Green completes acquisition of Evoke Gaming

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Mr Green has completed the acquisition of Evoke Gaming. The acquisition was announced on 18 December.

Evoke Gaming has the online gaming sites Redbet, Vinnarum casino, Bertil and MamaMia. As previously announced, Mr Green is expecting significant synergies and intends to expand Redbet to Mr Green’s present and future markets.

Mr Green presents its fourth quarter and year-end report on 9 February at 8:00 a.m. CET, followed by a webcasted teleconference at 10 a.m. CET.
