(PRESS RELEASE) -- Mangas Gaming is entering a new phase in its history, with a new identity: BetClic Everest Group. The name reflects the Group's two spearhead brands: BetClic for on-line sports betting and Everest for on-line poker.

It embodies the group's values and ambition: an international on-line gaming operator, with the interests of its 12 million customers at heart providing an expert and secure sports betting, poker, horse racing and casino offer.
