Income Access wins 2019 Affiliate Software Supplier

Held yesterday evening at The Tower of London, the 2019 EGR B2B Awards recognized the very best service providers in the online gaming industry.

Income Access’ win marks the fifth time in the last seven years that the affiliate tracking and reporting technology provider has received the ‘Affiliate Software Supplier’ honor. The 2018-2019 judging period saw Income Access enjoy a strong year in which its platform powered the affiliate programs of leading iGaming brands across an array of markets, including Ladbrokes Coral, Ladbrokes Belgium, Pennsylvania Lottery, PokerStars and Safaribet Kenya.

Over the past 12 months, Income Access introduced a range of updates to its platform, including a new feature to facilitate communications between affiliates and their respective affiliate managers. The company also recently enhanced its solution through significant security updates and new third-party technology partnerships to address the evolving needs of clients.

These and additional upgrades further complemented Income Access’ extensive tracking and reporting capabilities. Featuring over 30 reports, the platform’s analytics help both operators and affiliates to shape their marketing strategies. The software has been specifically developed to support the implementation of multi-channel strategies, allowing operators to track, measure, monitor and optimize all digital marketing campaigns.

The 2019 EGR B2B award also recognized Income Access’ exceptional customer service. As well as the dedicated support of the company’s account managers, the award acknowledged the expertise of Income Access’ in-house affiliate management team. In the last 12 months, the company added Pennsylvania Lottery to its portfolio of managed affiliate programs, which also includes the affiliate channels of Bet3000 and Caesars Interactive.
