Entain board undergoing changes

(PRESS RELEASE) -- In accordance with paragraph 9.6.11 of the U.K. Listing Rules, Entain plc, the global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group, announces that Mark Gregory and Vicky Jarman have given notice of their decision to step down from the Entain Board with effect from 17 February 2023.

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Mark and Vicky for the important contributions both have made to Entain and wish them well for the future,” said Barry Gibson, Chairman of Entain.
